TENGIZCHEVROIL RECOGNIZED AS THE BEST TAXPAYER IN KAZAKHSTAN
On the eve of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan awarded the best taxpayers in 18 nominations and industries. Tengizchevroil (TCO) has been recognized as the country's best taxpayer in the Subsoil User nomination.
The organizers noted not only the achievements of a conscientious taxpayer and the impact of TCO on the economic growth of Kazakhstan, but an example of a fair, transparent and competent business. The statuette and diploma of "The Best Taxpayer of the Country" were presented to Zamzagul Bekova, TCO Finance General Manager.
“We are proud to contribute to the economic growth of the country and its future. We carry out our business with a high sense of responsibility, achieve results in the right way and always strive to be the best in improving our performance,” said Zamzagul Bekova.
Since 1993, the year of foundation of the company, TCO's direct financial payments to the Republic of Kazakhstan have amounted to more than 172 billion US dollars. In just three quarters of 2022, direct payments to the Republic of Kazakhstan amounted to $10.9 billion.
