Seminar by Tengizchevroil LLP

We invite you to attend the seminar, titled “Kazakhstani content development and features of TCO tender process” on April 3 from 10:00 to 11:00.

The continuous development of the Kazakhstani market of goods and services that meet high international standards is the cornerstone of Tengizchevroil LLP’s (TCO) development strategy and brings significant benefits to the national economy. TCO representatives will hold a workshop covering several subjects to promote development of domestic suppliers.
The process of becoming a TCO supplier will be analyzed step by step, starting from registration in a SEOI system – Supplier Expression of interest and ending with participation in the tender. The participants of the workshop will be able not only to learn about timing of placement of the TCO procurement plan, but also about the bid participation rules, the requirements for potential suppliers and business partners, as well as how TCO selects companies to participate in a development program of local companies and the main stages of development of the local companies. TCO specialists will provide recommendations on how to submit a tender application and answer the questions of the participants.
It should be noted that in the first half of 2024, TCO purchased goods, works and services from Kazakhstani manufacturers for almost about $1.5 billion, including over $760 million as part of the Future Growth Project - Wellhead Pressure Management Project (FGP-WPMP). Of these, a large proportion of purchases of goods are for construction materials, safety supplies, diesel fuel, chemicals, containers and packaging materials, etc. In total, since 1993, TCO has purchased goods and services from Kazakhstani suppliers for over $49.2 billion.
