Oil processing plants equipment:
Tubular furnaces, designed for heating petroleum raw material to 360 С˚ by burning fuel. Depending on customer’s demands furnaces can be adapted to any kind of fuel powered 0.5 to 5 MW. 
Thermal exchange equipment for transferring heat from one media to another without mixing medias. Depending on customer’s demands equipment can supplied with floating head, or “tube in tube” system.
Evaporating tanks for evaporating fractions of source mix. Working temperature range from –30 to +270 С˚.
Rectification columns – machines working with a little excessive pressure. Intended for clear separation of source mix into two and more components at working temperature up to 360 С˚. Used in oil processing, oil chemistry and chemical industry.

Steam boilers:
«TANSU» steam boilers, operating on a liquid and gas fuel with a steam producing capacity from 300 to 20 000 kg/h; operating on a solid fuel with a steam producing capacity from 500 to 2 000 kg/h.

A modern compact gas-tube steam boiler “TANSU” meets Russian standards and regulations (Resolution on the use of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technical and Atomic Supervision), including certificates of Customs Union. 

The boiler manufactured by European design, and made according to Russian standards of quality. Gas-tube steel boiler with a cylindrical combustion chamber has a larger water space compared to traditional boilers, which provides a softer mode of operation with a sharp increase in steam consumption.

Safety and control automatic of the boiler complies with all international standards and requirements. All the necessary spare parts are always in stock that allows making repairs in the shortest time, if necessary.
