Awarding the Participants

Dear Participants!

This year the best of the best will be chosen by the VISITORS of the Exhibition by open voting.

The VISITORS directly at the exhibition will determine the winners in the following nominations:

• THE MOST BEAUTIFUL STAND (BEST STAND DESIGN)
• THE MOST WELCOMING TEAM (THE MOST INFORMATIVE STAND)

The special nomination THE MOST ACTIVE ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN (attraction of visitors to the stand). Voting on this nomination has already started in the framework of preliminary registration of VISITORS on the website.

All specialists going through the registration to visit the Exhibition are asked to answer the following question: “At the invitation of which Participating Company are you planning to visit the exhibition?”. The company, which will be referred most often, will be the winner in this nomination.

In this regard, we suggest You to activate all marketing tools to attract visitors to Your stand during March (one month before the exhibition).   

The winners will be awarded special certificates for participation in the exhibitions KIOGE 2017 and GLOBAL OIL&GAS ATYRAU 2018. This certificate provides for discounts for participation:

• THE MOST ACTIVE ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN - 20% for net space, 20% for registration fee, 20% for the EVENT PARTNER status and other advertising options
• THE MOST BEAUTIFUL STAND (BEST STAND DESIGN) - 20% for net space, 20% for registration fee, 20% for the EVENT PARTNER status and other advertising options 
• THE MOST WELCOMING TEAM (THE MOST INFORMATIVE STAND) - 15% for net space, 15% for registration fee, 15% for the EVENT PARTNER status and other advertising options  
• DEBUT OF THE YEAR - 15% for net space, 15% for registration fee, 15% for the EVENT PARTNER status and other advertising options

The Awards Ceremony will be held on April 12 at 16:00 at the exhibition in the Exhibition Center.
