The opening of the WIKA plant in Atyrau is a momentous event for the industry of Kazakhstan

WIKA Alexander Wiegand SE & Co.KG, the German company, is a world leader in the creation of high-quality measuring instruments, using the most advanced technologies in production.
Today the company has a significant set base of instruments and exports products to more than 100 countries.
The company has been operating in Kazakhstan since 2002, the first office was opened in Almaty. Currently, in addition to Almaty, there are representative offices in Astana and Atyrau.
In November 2023, WIKA opened a production site in Atyrau. The new company specializes in the production of manometers, permeators and electronic temperature measuring instruments. All products undergo mandatory testing during the production process and verification in an accredited laboratory in accordance with state standards.
The opening of the plant is the first step in a series of planned decisions aimed at strengthening the company’s position in the region by increasing the level of localization of the company products, which are most in demand in the market of Kazakhstan and Central Asia. In addition, the presence of production facilities allows the company to provide prompt service support for organizations operating WIKA instruments.

 

As part of the Atyrau Oil&Gas 2024 exhibition, the WIKA stand will present both samples of products produced locally, as well as other examples of advanced WIKA measurement technologies produced and used around the world.
