NETZSCH, which celebrated its 150th anniversary in 2024, specializes in the production of various types of pumps and occupies a leading position worldwide.

These pumps are part of the group of positive displacement pumps capable of operating in various environments, including with very viscous substances and with a product where the content of mechanical impurities reaches 80-85%.

NEMO eccentric auger-type pumps are widely used as multiphase pumps in booster pumping stations, sewage pumping stations, oil treatment units, reservoir pressure maintenance systems, oil production, for pumping drill fluid and sludge, pumping emulsions with a gas content by volume of up to 90%, dosing demulsifiers, pumping paraffin deposits from equipment wash tanks, pumping oil sludge, pumping bitumen, pumping in oil storage facilities without heating tanks. The semi-submersible design is also used in treatment facilities for processing and storing oil and oil products and for many other tasks.

The main advantages of NETZSCH eccentric auger-type pumps:

• Pumping of petroleum products with a frequency converter has the ability to significantly vary the flow characteristics, pushing nozzles and bypassing into second place, which leads to significant energy savings.
• When the rotor speed decreases, the productivity decreases, but the pressure at the pump outlet remains unchanged
• Range of standard sizes by productivity is from 1 ml/h to 500 m3/h
• pumping high-viscosity media without their preliminary preparation
(up to 11 million mPa*s). Pumping media with different densities
• Pumping media with different densities.
• Pumping a high content of mechanical inclusions, such as sand, propant.

Low energy consumption (on average 2-3 times lower than that of centrifugal pumps, 2.5-3 times lower than that of two-screw pumps of the 2BB type)
