"Turnkey" pumping stations for oil industry workers of Kazakhstan

In March of this year, two block cluster pumping stations produced by Joint Stock Company OZNA (Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia) will be visited by specialists of the mobile service for erection and commissioning works. Customers of pumping stations were oil companies Buzachi Operating Ltd. and Mangistaumunaygas LLC.

We took into account all the requirements of customers in the design and manufacture of equipment complexes to maintain reservoir pressure; the stations are equipped with pumping units CNS with capacity of 240 m3/h (for Buzachi Operating Ltd.) and 180 m3/h (for Mangistaumunaygas LLC). The structure of the stations consists of blocks of the main pumping units, blocks of retaining pumps, control unit and other necessary equipment.   

The design of stations has a number of modern technical solutions. Flanged pipe connections are made under the American standard ANSI / ASME. Vibratory bearings under the general frame of a pump unit, piping joints for high and low pressure, elastic-compensating clutch of a pump and electric motors, as well as guiding supports are used as a vibratory-compensating system. Automation tools allow full remote control and automatic control of technological processes with maximum safety to personnel and the exclusion of the human factor.

One of the important conditions of the customers was observed when designing stations for oil industry workers in Kazakhstan:  compliance of the whole equipment complex with the requirements of standards for safety, environment protection and other standards, generally accepted in the oil industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
