The OPTRONICS PG11 is an innovative infrared point gas detector designed for reliable, continuous monitoring of explosive gases at industrial facilities.

The PG11’s key advantage is its calibration-free operation throughout its entire service life, significantly reducing operating costs and eliminating downtime.

A T90 response time of just 1.5 seconds ensures immediate leak detection. SafeSource™ technology with a solid-state IR source guarantees stable performance in harsh operating conditions.

The PG11 detects methane, propane, butane, ethylene, biogas, and CO₂, and supports HART 7 and the OptoCom™ digital interface. It features a 316L stainless steel housing, IP66/IP67 protection, and an operating temperature range from –60°C to +75°C.

The gas detector is certified to SIL2 / SIL3, ATEX / IECEx standards and is listed in the State Register of Measuring Instruments of the Republic of Kazakhstan (verification interval: 3 years).
