The company Studbolt Manufacturing LLP was established in Atyrau, with a target to the successful operation and development in Kazakhstan and foreign markets.

The main activity of the company is: the production of bolted connections (studbolts, bolts and screws) by ASME standard and the supply of fastening materials for Oil and Gas, petrochemical, power and construction industries in according to international standards: ASME, British Standard, DIN, GOST, etc. of various kinds of steel: Carbon , Stainless, Alloy, Super Alloys, DUPLEX, INCOLOY, INCONEL and others.

We have possibility to produce studbolts, hex head bolts, screws from ¼” up to 2”, from steels as A320 L7, L7M, A193 B7, B7M, B8, B8M etc. in according to ASME B16.5, DIN, BS and GOST standards.

To maximize customer satisfaction, and provide maximum product line for fastening elements, we are as the official representative of company "INDEX fixing systems" (Spain), we are able to supply mechanical / chemical anchors, clamps, U-bolts, screws, and many other products also from different steel materials.

In Atyrau we have stock of raw material ASTM A320 L7, L7M, ASTM A193 B7, B8M from which we can manufacture studbolts in according to ASME, DIN, BS and GOST standards.
Also we have stock of ready studbolts, hex head bolts and Nuts of ASTM A320 L7, L7M, A193 B7, B7M, steel grade 8.8 in black, zinc plated, hot dip galvanized.

For the range of product we produce in Atyrau we can provide CT-KZ certificate as per attached file.
All our products are certificated in according to EN 10204 3.1
