The Federal State Unitary Enterprise “SPA “Analitpribor” is a leading Russian company in the sphere of development and production of gas analysis equipment. Devices and systems, which have been manufactured by the enterprise for more than 55 years, are used for health and safety, environmental and process control, the introduction of energy-saving technologies.
One of the new products already launched into mass production became power units and the signaling system BPS-21M3 used including, as intrinsically safe barriers, controllers for collecting data jointly with remote sensors of various types placed both in non-hazardous and hazardous areas.

ANKAT-7631MikroFID- Gas analyzer with a photoionization sensor is designed to measure the mass concentration of harmful substances, including oil and oil product vapors in the air of the working area, and other components with ionization potential below 10.6 eV.
ANKAT-7664Mikro is intended for individual protection of personnel. This device allows you to simultaneously monitor pre-explosive concentrations (PEC) of combustible gases, the maximum permissible concentrations (MPC) of toxic gases and the required oxygen content (O2) in the air of the working area. The analyzer can have from one to four measurement channels.
A series of portable detectors of combustible gases SGG-20Mikro is designed:
- to ensure security of personnel from the risk of emergence of pre-explosive concentrations of multicomponent air mixtures of combustible gases and vapors from the air;
- to detect the places of leaks of liquid (GOST - 20448-90) and natural (according to GOST 5524-87) gases, hydrogen and other combustible hydrocarbon gases.
Detector gas analyzers DAK are designed for continuous automatic measurement of pre-explosive concentrations of methane (CH4), hydrocarbons, including oil and oil product vapors, associated oil gases, alcohols, as well as the volume fraction of carbon dioxide (CO2).
Thermochemical signaling detectors DAT-M are designed to control pre-explosive concentrations of the amount of flammable gases in the air of the working area of rooms and open areas.
BPS-21M are designed for:
01. Power units of signaling sensors DAT-M, sensors STM-30-10 – STM-30-16, gas analyzer sensors DAH-M, DAK, DAM, analyzers of potentiometric ion activity AP430-02 (hereinafter - the sensors);
02. The measurements of the input current signals from the sensors for each channel;
03. Issuance of light and sound alarms when exceeding/decrease of the set threshold values with simultaneous switching of “dry” relay contacts.
BPS-21M3 are used as power units, signaling devices, intrinsically safe barriers, controllers for data collection jointly with with remote sensors of various types, located in both non-hazardous and hazardous areas.
Signaling sensors STG-3 are designed to issue audible and visual alarms on exceeding the set thresholds of the mass concentration of pollutants (CO, H2S, SJ2, Cl2, NH3, NO2, HCl), the volume fraction of oxygen (O2), combustible gases (natural GOST 5542- 87 and liquefied GOST 20448-90) in the air of working areas.
Power and signaling units BPS-3 are designed to supply signaling sensors STG-3 and STG-3-I when they connect to the trail, to issue visual and audible alarms, when any alarm in the trail goes off, with the simultaneous switching of “dry” relay contacts for two thresholds.
Household indicator of combustible gases SGG10-B is designed to issue the alarm when the set thresholds of pre-exhaustive concentrations of combustible gases (methane or propane-butane mixture) are exceeded in the air.
Fixed signaling sensor STM-30M is designed for continuous automatic control of pre-exhaustive concentrations of flammable gases and vapors, and their mixtures in the working area and the issuance of the alarm when the thresholds are exceeded. He signaling sensor STM-30M is a set of signaling components. The verification component is methane (for light fractions) or hexane (for heavy fractions).
