Automated control and management system for movement of tanker trucks during filling operations
The "Neftepromavtomatika" company is engaged in project development, production, delivery and introduction ofautomation systems of technological processes for production manufactories, pumping and compressor stations, oil depots and gas station, objects of power industry.
The "Neftepromavtomatika" was established on April 27, 1990 by the order of the Scientific and Technical Center "Neftediagnostika" of the Ministry of Oil and Gas Industry in order to introduce modern means and automation systems of transportation technological processes, reception, storage of oil and oil products, conducting control and diagnostic work at pipeline transport enterprises and other production, as well as environmental protection of production facilities.
Today the company is actively engaged in development and deployment of integrated solutions for automation of oil depots, including filling points, using hardware and software of our own production. Resources and experience of the company allow to realize all stages of project lifecycle on automation of technological processes on oil depot any complexity: from research phase of a problem, ending post-guarantee maintenance.
The hardware and software system "Automated control and management system for movement of tanker trucks during filling operations " developed by the company is designed for complex information and analytical support of customer service on filling points of oil depots and oil storages and provides execution of the following processes:
• automation of receiving and processing of customer requests regarding implementation of oil products filling operations;
• an automatic selection and directing of tanker trucks to filling posts considering oil product type and congestion;
• guiding of information on the performed operations;
• control of a tanker truck during each stage of receiving oil products;
• automation of document creation on the released oil product.
The hardware and software system allows:
• use a modern service system based on an electronic queue;
• reduce time for processing information and preparing documents;
• reduce total release time of oil product;
• optimize information exchange between participants of process;
• receive statistical information;
• receive operational information about current operation of each filling post, the number of customers served, as well as number of waiting tanker trucks.
Thus, the hardware and software system provides the customer with a number of advantages:
• increase in volumes of oil product shipment due to process optimization of interaction of filling participants, abbreviation of the time spent of the equipment’s idle time and accelerations of preparation of documents;
• providing information support in acceptance of administrative decisions by timely provision operational and authentic collection statistical information;
• administrative process automation by movement of tanker trucks significantly reduces probability of the errors connected to a human factor.
In addition, enters a program part of a complex developed by software company "Automated control and management system for movement of tanker trucks during filling operations" which consists of two subsystems:
• a driver’s annunciator subsystem based on information display;
• an access to technological objectsmonitoring subsystem based on plastic cards.
The software can be integrated on a LAN with programs of filling point, such as: filling operator’sautomated workplace and operator’sautomated workplace forcreatingaconsignment note.
Developed by the company explosion proof card terminal BRIG-015-T001 gives an opportunity of displayinformation in the alphanumeric mode, reading and data recording on Mifare standardproximity cards, user’s information input by the built-in keypad.
Different operation algorithms of the tanker truck’sdriver with the card terminal can be realized,from monitoring of arrival/departure of a tanker truck on filling point, to implementation of filling oil product in tanker truck processby the driver without operator.
The filling algorithm of implementation without operator, for example, can be realized by the method described below. The driver after arrival on a filling post identifies a tanker truck for system by applying his card to the terminal. In case of successful identification in system numbers of tanker truck’sbays, their volume and also volume of the released oil product for each bay appearswill be writtenon the terminal. After confirmation of correctness of data, the driver selects a bay in which it is planned to make filling. Further on readiness of the equipment the driver launches filling.
Implementation of an electronic queue on autofilling points of the "Transneft" company started within complex reconstruction of pumping station "Solnechnogorsk" and pumping station "Nagornaya " in the end of 1st half this year.
