Global Oil&Gas Atyrau 2016: Theory through to Industrial Innovation
On 12th – 14th April, Atyrau will host the 15th North Caspian Regional Atyrau Oil & Gas Exhibition and Conference.
The exhibition will be attended by over 100 companies from Azerbaijan, Germany, Denmark, China, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, Oman, Poland, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine.
Amongst the participants, the exhibition and conference will welcome large enterprises such as Embamunaigas, KMG-Processing and Marketing, Tengizchevroil, Atyrauneftemash, Votkinsk Plant, KROHNE, KazNIPImunaigas, Caspimunaigas, Bureau Veritas, Cameron Petroleum Equipment, the Association of Petroleum Geologists of Kazakhstan, KazService Association and many other oil producing, service, consulting companies, research institutions. The local Administrations of the Atyrau and Mangystau regions as well as the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands will demonstrate their expositions.
Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the innovative technologies for anti-corrosion coating, drilling, industrial safety, the equipment for refineries, transportation and storage of hydrocarbons.
Thus, the company Numetech Coatings Asia will present products and solutions in relation to thermal barriers, anti-corrosion, waterproofing and fire protection. At the Damen Shipyards Group stand they will be presenting a unique ship design concept. AktauTechVest will be demonstrating gas analysis equipment, non-destructive testing equipment, equipment for energy audits, measuring and control devices.
More than 100 industry professionals, including senior managers, directors, leading specialists, Ministry representatives, the local Administrations of oil producing regions of Kazakhstan, investment funds, as well as independent experts and academics will be participating delegates of the Atyrau Oil & Gas Conference.
During the plenary session the Akim of the Atyrau region, Nurlan Nogayev; the Deputy Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Investments and Development of Kazakhstan, Larissa Dzhumagaliyeva; the Deputy Director of the Department of Petroleum Industry Development of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Alisher Argimbaev; Energy Policy Officer of the European Union Delegation to Kazakhstan, Octavian Stamate and the Counsellor, Deputy Head of the Administration of Aberdeen, John Reynolds will speak.
The session moderator is Uzakbai Karabalin, Vice-President of Kazenergy and member of the Board of Directors of KazMunaiGas.
The Conference Programme will include sessions on the development of small and medium-size fields, enhancing oil recovery, drilling and production technologies. The specialised roundtables will give the delegates the opportunity to learn about the latest achievements in the sphere of petrochemicals, refinery and industrial safety.
The events are held with the official support of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Local Administration of Atyrau region, “NC “KazMunayGas”, the Atyrau Oil and Gas Institute, the Association of Service Companies of Kazakhstan “KazService” and the Kazakhstan Welding Association KAZWELD.

The Atyrau Oil & Gas Exhibition will be held in the Atyrau Sports Complex. The Conference will take place on 12th – 13th April at the Renaissance Atyrau Hotel.
